Connect Booking.com

Link your Booking.com extranet to BedsBooking, map room types and rate plans, and run the first sync.

The connection takes about 15 minutes and is done once. After that, rates, availability and reservations flow automatically in both directions.

Before you start

• Your Booking.com property must be live and you need extranet admin access.
• Room types and rate plans must already exist in BedsBooking (see Add rooms and rates).

Step 1: request the connection in the extranet

1. Log in to the Booking.com extranet and open Account → Connectivity provider.
2. Search for BedsBooking and click Connect.
3. Booking.com shows a confirmation; the request appears in BedsBooking within a few minutes.

Step 2: accept and map in BedsBooking

1. Open Channel Manager → Booking.com and click Accept connection.
2. For each Booking.com room, choose the matching BedsBooking room type.
3. For each Booking.com rate plan, choose the matching BedsBooking rate plan. Unmapped plans are ignored.

Step 3: first sync

Click Full sync. BedsBooking pushes 18 months of rates, availability and restrictions to Booking.com and imports upcoming reservations. Check a few dates in the extranet calendar to confirm they match.

Common issues

• Rates not showing: the rate plan is mapped but has no price loaded for those dates.
• Availability shows 0: the room type has no physical rooms, or a stop-sell is set.
• Reservation not imported: it was made before the connection; add it manually once.
