Put a Book Now button or an embedded availability widget on any website, including WordPress and Wix.
Your booking engine has its own address, https://book.bedsbooking.com/<your-property>, and works on any site. There are two ways to use it.
Option A: a Book Now button (simplest)
Link any button or menu item to your booking engine address. Guests open the booking page, choose dates and pay. Works with every website builder.
You can pre-fill dates and a promo code in the link, for example ?checkin=2026-12-24&nights=3&promo=DIRECT5.
Option B: embedded availability widget
- Open Booking Engine → Website widget and choose the style (bar or box) and colours.
- Copy the two-line snippet.
- Paste it where you want the widget to appear:
- WordPress: add a Custom HTML block.
- Wix: add an Embed → HTML code element.
- Webflow / Squarespace: use the Code or Embed block.
The widget shows a date picker; on submit it opens the booking page with those dates.
Languages and currencies
The booking engine follows the guest’s browser language when it is one you enabled, and lets the guest switch. Prices can be displayed in THB, USD, EUR, CNY and RUB; payment is always taken in your property currency.
Payments
Connect a payment gateway under Settings → Payments (Omise, 2C2P or Stripe). Until a gateway is connected, the booking engine takes reservations with a “pay at property” option only.
