Set up your property profile, address, currency, tax and check-in times in the first 10 minutes.
When you sign in for the first time, BedsBooking opens the setup wizard. You can leave and come back at any time from Settings → Property.
1. Property profile
- Name as guests should see it on confirmations and the booking engine.
- Type: hotel, hostel, guesthouse, resort, villa or apartment. This only changes default wording.
- Address and map pin: used on confirmation emails and Google Hotel Ads.
- Contact email and phone: shown to guests; replies to confirmation emails go here.
2. Currency, tax and service charge
Choose the currency you charge in (THB for most Thai properties). Enter VAT (7%) and, if you apply one, the service charge (10%). You can show prices to guests as tax-inclusive or exclusive; inclusive is what Thai guests and OTAs expect.
3. Check-in and check-out times
These appear in confirmations and drive the housekeeping board. The defaults are 14:00 and 12:00.
4. Languages
Pick the languages your booking engine and guest emails should offer. Staff can choose their own interface language independently in their profile.
